During this weekend, two world-renowned spiritual leaders, Helen Palmer and Cynthia Bourgeault, will explore the converging streams of their teaching to discover major points of concordance.
Helen is an internationally recognized teacher of intuition.  Her Enneagram work is focused on the interface between conditioned psychological patterns and received spiritual experience.  Cynthia is an Episcopal priest and scholar in the Christian contemplative and wisdom traditions who works with the practice of Centering Prayer as a pathway to inner awakening. Best-selling authors and modern day mystics, both have worked for many decades in helping students shift from a selfhood tied to egoic personality patterns to greater degrees of consciousness.
Helen and Cynthia will engage in an open-ended exploration from their individual perspectives of topics such as non-dual consciousness, the importance of self-observation, the recurring dynamics of personality structure, and the impact of spiritual practice on ameliorating psychological symptoms.  Through individual presentations, dialogue, inner practices, and inquiry of Enneagram type panels, Helen and Cynthia will explore how each of us can deepen our ability to live in the present moment. Terry Saracino, a leader and core faculty member in the Narrative Tradition Enneagram community, will facilitate the weekend.
Please join these gifted teachers on October 5-6, 2013 as they investigate, with you and each other, how their two approaches to self-development spiritual wisdom converge. This participatory, experiential inquiry will help build an increased knowledge base likely to influence the direction of both streams.  Come and be apart of this groundbreaking program.
Helen Palmer: Helen Palmer: Internationally known intuitive, teacher, and best selling author of 5 books focused on our evolving consciousness. Two books, “The Enneagram” and “The Enneagram in Love and Work” are a perennial success with 30 foreign translations. Together with psychiatrist David Daniels MD she co-founded “Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition” where she teaches a spirituality track that trains the mind to observe, relax and restore conditioned inner patterns that obscure transcendent consciousness.
Cynthia Bourgeault:  Modern day mystic, Episcopal priest, writer, and internationally known retreat leader. She divides her time between solitude at her seaside hermitage in Maine and traveling globally to teach and spread the recovery of the Christian contemplative and Wisdom path.  Cynthia is the author of seven books:  The Meaning of Mary Magdalene, The Wisdom Jesus, Centering Prayer and Inner Awakening, Mystical Hope, the Wisdom Way of Knowing, Chanting the Psalms, and Love is Stronger Than Death.
Terry Saracino, MA, MBA is President of the nonprofit Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition and on the faculty of the world-renowned Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP) now in its 25th year.  She has taught the Enneagram since 1989, bringing it to individuals and organizations throughout the country and internationally as a tool for personal, professional and spiritual growth.  In addition, she has been a student of the Ridhwan School (Diamond Approach®) for 20 years.
