World-Wide Prayer Circle for the Planet

Saturday, June 21, 2008 is the day that all mureeds of the Hazrat Inayat Khan Family will join together in an Inayati world-wide prayer circle for the planet.

The Columbus Dances of Universal Peace will hold a Summer Solstice Elemental Peace Ritual of body prayers and chants from many cultures dedicated to the healing of the earth.

The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, meditative and joyous circle dances that celebrate the variety of spiritual paths on Earth. If you like folk dancing, chanting, and/or simple forms of body movement, you’ll feel at home. No previous experience is needed – just an open and compassionate attitude. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Children are welcome!
